As much as I respect him, he's lost the plot as a manager. Why? Shall I start a list purely based on today's game.....?

[a] never give the opposition public respect before a game

[b] never pick a team to counter the opposition when you are at home, let them worry about you

[c] Pick your best side to start, don't leave players out because of personal grudges (examples:Foster, Rose*). Or substitute for the same reason.... (Duffy)

[d] make substitutions to win the game based on the play in front of you, not those that have gone before or those that will follow

[e] don't get confused when doing press condferences, it's embarrassing

And there's probably more, but I am so p-ed off with this current 'team'.......

I then used to post at home, but since i've now got my own "pad" I'm yet to get the internet connected. Probably a good thing really, my porn collection was becoming of the quantity that would make Ron Jeremy blush in embarassment.

And then i'm also in a new job with a lot more responsibility, so where I used to post all day, now i'm often in meetings, travelling, or just too busy.

Not really an excuse for me though. The problem I have had is a change of jobs. At my old place I was IT Manager and had my own office and so I could just pop in and post when I wanted. In my new job (1 hour longer per day and £6000 a year less - but I was desperate at the time), I am no longer in charge of IT - I have a boss, which is hard to get used to. I also have a small desk in an open office of 3 people where others are in and out. So I have no chance to post during the day, which is a shame. These days, by the time I get in, I'm not really in the mood to turn my PC on even. I do try to post whenever I can though.

I need a new job, back on my old money and where I am in charge of IT again! So if anyone has anything suitable I would greatly appreciate it!!

I thought he was refferring to the first half when, if ledgister was a natural goal poacher, then he would have been chasing down on spills from the keeper.
